DAVID GUISCHARD

PHYSICAL COACH

Dave began his football journey barefoot on the streets of Trinidad and Tobago, later carrying that same passion to the local parks of Atlanta, where he developed his foundation as both a parent‑coach and assistant coach while raising his sons into young football athletes. His coaching path grew through Atlanta Eagles Soccer Academy, the Youth Middle School Warriors, and eventually Lithonia City FC, where he supported player development through tactical growth, and the integration of multi‑sport athletic intelligence.

Over the years, Dave refined a unique methodology rooted in creative systems‑building, studying movement patterns, biomechanics, and daily life habits to translate them into actionable player‑development frameworks. His work with youth athletes strengthened his reputation for identifying physical cues, mental triggers, and multi‑sport traits that elevate football performance.

Outside the pitch, Dave is a business owner and author of the two‑part booklet Swagger, created as a quick read or listen to give aspiring footballers an edge through relatable language and practical guidance. His platform, Def Sta Creative Syndicate, extends into a media ecosystem focused on culture, technology, and modern player development — including AI‑enhanced filming, multi‑angle sports capture, and creative storytelling.

His dedication to training naturally led him to the local parks, where Futuro FC management scouted his boys, recognizing their potential as next‑generation talents. This connection brought Dave into the Fuctro family, where his systems‑driven approach and developmental philosophy aligned with the club’s mission.

Today, Dave serves as Athletic Development Coach at Atlanta Futuro FC, contributing leadership in player development, culture building, and technology integration. His work continues to merge culture, technology, and multi‑sport intelligence into a unified pathway for the club’s athletes and community
